This is an agreement between questionbang.com (owned and operated by Bispark software services, Dharwad, India) and an affiliate of this application ("You"). Before using the application ("Questionbang Affiliate"), please make sure that you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. You confirm that you are displaying the ad creative or links as permitted by Information technology (IT) acts or by other rules in place.
2. Questionbang.com reserves the rights to update or modify or withdraw the application any time without prior notice.
3. The affiliate commissions are paid subject to realization of order payments. A cancelled order or payments refunded are not eligible for commission.
4. Questionbang offers a 100% money-back guarantee on its products (or services) and the money-back periods vary from 7 days to 30 days depending upon the product. You agree to receive the commission payments after 30 days of the order date, subject to clause (3) above.
