This is an agreement between questionbang.com (owned and operated by Bispark software services, Dharwad, India) and a user of this application ("You"). Before using the application ("mock-set-plus" and/or "One-One"), please make sure that you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. You confirm that you have accessed this application for the academic or educational purpose only.
2. We don't accept liability arising from any errors or any damage to your device.This application is only for personal use, you are not allowed to copy, send or modify the content in any way.
3. Questionbang.com reserves the rights to update or modify or withdraw the application any time without prior notice.
4. One-One money back policy - We will refund 100% purchase amount only on following terms:
a. You realize that One-One is not going to work for you during initial 4 sessions (or 2 hours), and you write to us asking for cancellation.
b. Questionbang may contact you to seek cancellation during initial 4 sessions, when our moderators or faculty feels that One-One is of not much help.
